As such, Saturday May 3rd has been declared our “Kidney Awareness Day” and Sunday May 4th our “Heart & Stroke Awareness Day”. About the Founder

Connie Beaulieu, B.Soc. Sc, CSCS, CPT

Connie Beaulieu - C.U. Fit Personal Training

Connie has dedicated her life to leading others toward living a healthy, active lifestyle. She has influenced countless lives over the past fifteen years through her personal training and fitness education career. Her vision in the development of Activate Expo is to unite top local, international and celebrity professionals during a weekend health and fitness festival that will motivate, educate and inspire all consumers and professionals alike. To bring everyone together and help everyone find their long term solution towards living a healthier life, because she so passionately believes that “life’s better fit”.

Connie owns and operates C.U.Fit Personal Training in Ottawa, ON and instructs and certifies personal training candidates through canfitpro (all under Corp: The Fitness Station (Ottawa) Ltd.). She has taught Fitness and Wellness for the Police Foundations Program and the Canadian Armed Forces at Algonquin College and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with one of the top certifying bodies in the world, The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since the year 2000.

Connie is a regular contributor to CTV Ottawa’s “Today’s the Day” segments. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree, University of Ottawa; Fitness and Lifestyle Management Diploma, George Brown College; is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NSCA; and is a Member of the Ottawa Sport Council.
